Updates to item donors
This update adds needed functionality to make our solution more in line with the needs of our customers.
Improved admin Welcome page
As we speak with charities, we have compiled a list of elements that we will be revising.
Allow an organization to choose contact name on landing page
Allow an organizational admin the option to pick which contact info is displayed on the event landing page (virtual venue).
Refine rapid fire by adding a trigger button on add appeal donations.
DONE! – System wide tagging
This will allow an admin the ability to organize bidders and items into groups that can be used in reports, displays and mass messaging.
DONE! – Discount codes for Ticket page sponsorships
Similar to individual tickets, codes will be available to reduce pricing of sponsorships purchased on the Ticket page.
DONE! – Landing page link update
Allow the “Register/Login” landing page menu text to be changed.
DONE! – Thank you emails to item donors
Item donors can already be sent thank you emails. This update will provide a shortcode so the email can also have the donated item(s) listed.
DONE! – Self-registration bidder number range
Landing page content will allow a starting bid number to be set so any self registrations happen above that number.
DONE! – Mass messaging updates
Added filtering on bidder tags, individual ticket pages, table numbers.
DONE! – Improved ticket page confirmation
Modify confirmation page to allow display of purchased items. Remove content carried over from ticket page header.
DONE! – Add “phone”, “email” for item solicitors
All our items allow for a solicitor name. Adding a phone and email address.
Add new bidder without a bidder number
This update allows an admin or volunteer to assign a bidder or paddle number at check-in. A bid number is already not required to bid or log into the bid site.
Improved email templates
To add consistency and simplicity to our email system, we would like to migrate all emails generated to a single email template.
Landing page dynamic elements
Show a total amount raised, with a goal. The total can be filtered to a sub type (silent, live, etc.). It can also be used for a sub-set of items for comparison. In addition, allow adding a countdown clock to the landing page using a [shortcode].
Allows greater team donation functionality during a fundraising event.
Maintain CRM external id for bidders
When mass importing a donor list, allow for the import of an external id value. This value would be available during report exports so that it can easily be re-imported into a CRM.
Expanding on our reports, we will be making changes and new reports available as requested by charities and our team.

Appeal: multiple items per page
Allow an admin to pick more than one item to display as a bar chart/thermometer.
Migrate text-to-give into Manage Items
Make our text-to-give service line up with our overall platform to reduce complexity.
Landing page improvements
Edit size of banner image, focal point of images for mobile, title font size, subtitle font font size, cleaner formatting, easier preview (side-by-side).
Opt out of fees in Batch Checkout
Let an admin choose to not charge fees when using the bulk-checkout feature.
Embedding ClickBid pages
Provide embed codes for third party sites. Allow third party embedding for auction preview and item donation form. (Controlled with allowed domains.)
Item categories update
Allow multiple categories per item.
Add Google Pay/Apple Pay to bidder self-checkout, ticket page, online donations.
Quantity items on ticket pages
Ability to sell quantity items on the ticket page.
Enhanced reporting on support tickets
Track if tickets are opened and list them inside ClickBid (with status).
Auction item improvements
Suggest starting and incremental bids based on FMV
Manage items improvements
Spreadsheet style editing of items
Filter with tags and smart filters (top 10 bids, top 10 winners, etc, no bids).
